As a Gardener at Leksand Resort, you will help create the green, well-maintained, and inviting environments that characterize Leksand Sommarland, Leksand Resort, and Hotel & Restaurant Moskogen. You will work outdoors all day and follow the team between different areas, starting from Sommarland. No day is the same; here you get to work closely with nature on varied tasks that ensure guests are met with an environment that feels both welcoming and inspiring.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintenance of lawns, pathways, and green areas

• Mowing grass, trimming and cutting bushes

• Handling garden machinery and lawnmowers

• Weeding, raking, and keeping outdoor areas well-maintained and tidy

• Watering and caring for flowers, plantings, and flower beds

• Participating in simpler outdoor projects, planting work, and seasonal preparations

• Following safety procedures and working in a safe and efficient manner

• Supporting other departments in the park as needed

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors and likes practical work. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a good eye for what needs to be done to keep outdoor environments well-maintained and pleasant. You are positive, willing to work, and function well both in a team and independently. You have previous experience in gardening as well as handling garden machinery and lawnmowers. Since the role involves daily communication with both colleagues and guests, you speak fluent Swedish and English. A driving license (B) is an advantage.

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

What can we offer?

Working hours vary, with work occurring in the morning, day, and evening every day of the week. The employment is a seasonal position at 80-100%, and the summer season runs from April/May to August. Salary and other conditions according to collective agreement with Vista-HRF Gröna national agreement.

The amusement park Leksand Sommarland in Dalarna is a true adventure for families with children during the summer. Inside the gates, a wide range of activities and attractions await. Our 250 summer youths welcome up to 6000 guests per day.
